Property Maintenance

The Mondrian South Beach is in the process of a maintenance project that includes resurfacing and painting the exterior of the building. There will be scaffolding covering approximately 1/4th of building at any given time. Guests may hear some mild chipping noise during the resurfacing process. The project is expected to be completed in September 2018.
